Lead management group Shift AI has appointed Darren Sinclair as a non-executive director.
Sinclair is managing Partner of SNC Solutions, a consultancy helping automotive technology companies win market share and enter new markets with practical, results-driven advice.
Before launching last March Darren spent three years as chief commercial officer at iVendi.
Prior to iVendi, he spent over five years at Cox Automotive Europe as a board member, leading the operational and strategic direction of its digital retail solutions businesses, Modix and Codeweavers, including a period as managing director of Modix globally.
He previously spent more than 20 years at Auto Trader UK, rising to digital operations director.
Sinclair said: “Shift AI has established an exceptional platform in the UK automotive sector, helping dealerships capture, qualify, and respond to leads instantly across multiple channels while integrating seamlessly with major DMS systems.”
