Porsche Centre South Lakes, the trading name for Parker & Parker, has implemented the Connect platform from Mad Devs as part of its ongoing investment in customer experience, operational efficiency and digital retailing.
The retailer, which has represented the Porsche brand since 1957, is the oldest official Porsche Centre in the UK.
The dealership has introduced the technology to create a more connected and transparent customer journey while providing greater visibility and control across its sales processes.
According to Mad Devs, Connect brings together lead management, customer communications, documentation, compliance and reporting within a single digital platform.
It said the system provides dealership teams with real-time access to customer and business information, helping reduce administration, improve responsiveness and support more informed decision-making.
Porsche Centre South Lakes serves customers across Cumbria, Lancashire and the wider North West.
Simon Parker, centre principal at Porsche Centre South Lakes, said: “Porsche Centre South Lakes has always combined the heritage and values of the Porsche brand with a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
“As customer expectations continue to evolve, it is important that we invest in technology that supports both our team and our customers.
“Connect gives us greater visibility across the customer journey and helps ensure that every interaction is managed consistently and efficiently. It enables our team to spend less time on administration and more time focusing on what matters most, delivering a personal and memorable ownership experience for every customer who chooses Porsche Centre South Lakes.”
