The new Volkswagen ID. Tiguan will be unveiled in early October and officially arrive in markets at the start of 2027.
The new ID. Tiguan will will be offered alongside the Tiguan with combustion and hybrid powertrains.

“The all-electric model builds on the strengths of the best-seller and offers premium design, generous space, intuitive operation and innovative technologies. Together, both models form a strong offering for our customers’ different powertrain preferences.”
The Tiguan is currently the best-selling model worldwide for both the Volkswagen brand and the Volkswagen Group.
In the past year alone, deliveries of the Tiguan and its sister model, the Tayron, exceeded one million units.
Both models are available with petrol, diesel and plug-in hybrid powertrains.
