Vertu has appointed Jonathan Speak as the new general manager of its Renault dealership in Gloucester.
The site, located on Ramsdale Road, is one of ten Renault dealerships operated by Vertu across the UK.
Speak said: “This is a fantastic opportunity to join an award-winning automotive group, and to work with a dynamic brand that is exceptionally well positioned to thrive in today’s rapidly evolving automotive landscape.
“The current Renault range is hugely exciting and is proving increasingly popular with customers, particularly those making the switch into award-winning electric cars like the Renault 4 and Renault 5.
“I’m looking forward to working with colleagues at the dealership to deliver an outstanding experience for customers both old and new, and to help strengthen our reputation across Gloucester and the surrounding area.”
Speak has more than 25 years of experience in automotive. He has worked with a number of premium brands, including Audi, Bentley, Lamborghini, Mercedes-Benz, BMW and MINI.
Most recently, he was general manager of an award-winning Volvo dealership in the South West.
Now, he takes the reins from project general manager John Stanton. He will focus on helping the dealership to strengthen its position within the local market and deliver the best possible experience for customers.
