Evans Halshaw dealership staff are out in numbers raising significant money for charities.
Evans Halshaw Ford Wolverhampton raised £3,420 for Wolves Foundation through Ford’s nationwide Drive For Your Community initiative.
The charity fundraising event took place at Wolverhampton Wanderers FC’s Molineux Stadium on Wednesday 16 July, where members of the public had the opportunity to test drive Ford’s latest vehicle range while supporting a local cause.
A total of 114 eligible test drives were completed throughout the day, with Ford donating £30 for each test drive undertaken.
Evans Halshaw Ford Lincoln raised over £1,000 for Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire Air Ambulance through Ford’s nationwide Drive For Your Community initiative.
The charity fundraising event took place during the RS Owners Club National Day at Newark Showground on Saturday 5 July.
Joel Stenhouse, Head of Business at Evans Halshaw Ford Lincoln, said: “We’re really pleased to have raised more than £1,000 for Lincolnshire Air Ambulance through this year’s Drive For Your Community event. While we didn’t quite match last year’s total, every single test drive will make a difference to a charity that provides such an essential service across our region.”
