The newly opened Big Motoring World store on Calver Park Road, Warrington, is hosting a series of ‘EV Evenings’ this summer.
These sessions aim to help educate and inform locals about the benefits of running an EV and the potential savings available to anyone who makes the switch.
The EV Evenings, which began on 4 August, will run weekly until 15 September 2026.
Each one will be run by EV experts from Big Motoring World, who will be available to answer questions, dispel myths and share simple, real-world advice on what EV ownership is really like.
They will also cover a range of topics, including ‘affordable EVs’, ‘Chinese and challenger brands’, ‘family-friendly EVs’, ‘first-time EV drivers’, ‘EVs for long journeys and commuting’, ‘EVs from traditional manufacturers’ and ‘German EVs’.
Warrington is Big Motoring World’s newest and largest store, currently selling over 540 used vehicles, including more than 90 EVs – making it the largest seller of used EVs in the North-East.
The business has 11 stores across the UK and last year sold over 60,000 vehicles, of which approximately 12,800 were EVs.
Big Motoring World is also offering customers significant savings on all used cars by making a £500 dealer deposit contribution on every car purchased using its Smart Drive personal contract purchase (PCP) finance plan.
The offer was introduced on 20 July and will end 31 August.
