Adam Flint to leave Porsche Retail Group for pastures new

Adam Flint is to step down as managing director of Porsche Retail Group after 11 years with the business.

He made the announcement on LinkedIn but did not way where he was going to simply referring to “new beginnings.”

He posted: “After 11 incredible years with Porsche Retail Group, six of those years serving as Group Managing Director, this week marks my final chapter with the business.

“It’s hard to put into words what this journey has meant to me. From the very beginning, I’ve had the opportunity to work alongside some of the most passionate, dedicated, and talented people in the automotive industry.

“Together, we’ve navigated challenges, celebrated successes, and continuously pushed ourselves to deliver excellence for our customers and the brand we represent.

“I’m immensely proud of what we’ve achieved as a team. Growing and strengthening our business, evolving with a changing market, and always striving to embody the values that make Porsche and Porsche Retail Group so iconic.”

To my colleagues, partners, Porsche and the wider community—thank you. Your support, trust, and commitment have made these years truly special and we’ve had a lot of fun along the way!

“As I look ahead to the next chapter, I do so with gratitude, pride, and huge excitement for what’s to come. I have no doubt that Porsche Retail Group will continue to go from strength to strength.
