Phyron tool to help dealers respond to enquiries with personal video message

Phyron has launched a Video Message tool within its App to help dealerships respond to online enquiries with a personal video at a point where buyer intent is at its highest.

The product is already being used by Stellantis &You UK and Perrys.

Mattias Kellquist, CEO of Phyron, said: “Automotive retail has invested heavily in digitalisation, but the moment after a customer enquires is still too often flat, slow or impersonal.

“Video Message gives retailers a faster, stronger and more human way to respond, using video to build trust earlier and move buyers closer to action.”

Sales staff can record and send a selfie-style introduction and vehicle walkaround in minutes, with clips edited together automatically and delivered through a branded landing page.

The message includes dealership and salesperson details, plus a clear call to action, giving buyers a more direct and personal experience.

Video Message is designed to make the dealer’s first reply feel less like a generic follow-up and more like the start of a sales conversation.

The tool gives dealership teams real-time notifications when a buyer opens the email, clicks through and watches the content, helping sales staff time follow-up more effectively and respond while interest is still live.
