Chery International brand iCAUR will make its UK debut in early 2027, led by the flagship V27:
The square-shouldered, five-seat SUV, is being refined and developed at Chery Automobile’s all-new R&D Centre of Excellence at UTAC Millbrook.
Further details of iCAUR’s UK launch programme and the V27 will be announced in the coming months.
The brand has confirmed that the model will feature an advanced powertrain from Chery International, designed to deliver electrified efficiency alongside off-road capability.
The brand’s guiding philosophy, ‘Born to Play’: a belief in self-expression over conformity, in challenging convention, and in the freedom to explore.
It will operate as a standalone brand in the UK, with its own dedicated team and its own route to market.
The timing is considered significant with iCAUR’s UK debut in 2027 coinciding with Chery Automobile’s 30th anniversary and the completion of Chery International UK’s third year in Britain, following its arrival with OMODA in 2024.
