Carwow continued to expand the business with record turnover and increased pre-tax losses in the year to 31 December 2025.

The group saw pre-tax losses grow by 19.9% to £24.08m on turnover up 22% to a record £104.2m for the year, according to financials filed at Companies House.

Marketplace revenues, generated through its Get Your Car and Sell My Car businesses, rose 26% to £74.3m.

During the year the business launched a new used-car experience in the UK, expanded its leasing proposition and rolled out new technology including Carwow Wallet and Carwow Collects 2.0, designed to make buying and selling cars simpler for consumers and dealers.

Across the group, its content channels generated 2.2 billion views during 2025, while the Carwow UK YouTube channel grew to 10.8 million subscribers.

John Veichmanis, CEO of Carwow Group, said: “Breaking through £100 million is a massive milestone for Carwow.

“Our business is flying; more people are coming to Carwow not just to research their next car, but to sell the one they have, compare their options and get their next one, whether that means buying new or used, financing or leasing.

“The car market has never offered drivers more choice, but more choice can also mean more complexity. New brands are arriving at pace, affordable electric cars are changing consumers’ practical lifestyle and financial considerations, and the old ways of buying and selling cars are being disrupted. That plays directly to what Carwow does best: giving people the confidence to make one of their biggest purchasing decisions.

During 2025, Carwow said it continued to invest in the technology underpinning its marketplace, including new tools for dealers and manufacturers, the expansion of its used-car offer and the development of AI applications designed to improve remote vehicle appraisals.

In august this year it announced it was selling its business in Germany to focus on its operations in Spain and the UK.
