Keyloop partners with TruVideo

Keyloop has signed a partnership with TruVideo to integrate workshop videos within its new Service Hub aftersales solution.

The TruVideo system allows technicians to quickly create and share high-quality video content straight from the workshop floor.

Adrian Nash, chief product officer at Keyloop said: “Customers increasingly expect workshops to use video to explain work done, secure approvals and justify upsell.

“By partnering with TruVideo, we can help aftersales teams use best-of-breed video tools to maximise conversions and break down some of the common barriers that exist between workshops and customers.”

Video content can be captured on a mobile device and fully integrated with Service Hub for immediate synchronisation with each customer’s service record.

Key TruVideo functionality includes AI Noise Cancellation, which trains on the technician’s voice and blocks out extraneous background noise.

Automated multilingual subtitles facilitate engagement with a wider range of customers.

Each video can be automatically transcribed so that service advisors can check details before they contact the customer and update service records.

Retailers can also add their own branding and calls for action at the start and end of each video.

Joe Shaker, TruVideo’s Co-Founder and CEO, said: “We’re working at pace on deployment for Service Hub pilot sites, supercharging the video capabilities within Keyloop’s Fusion platform.

“We’re also planning ahead; this new partnership anticipates the deployment of additional capabilities, such as tyre wall scanning, AI-driven vehicle condition reporting and video quality scoring.”

The TruVideo integration with Service Hub is undergoing beta testing and will be introduced to customers later this year.
