The challenges posed by economic factors and global events saw pre-tax profits at TC Harrison decline 26.5% to £3.6m on turnover up 12.7% to £437.3m in the year to December 2025

The group represents Ford, Jaecoo, Omoda, KGM and Chery. As well as its main Ford dealership at Pride Park in Derby, it has showrooms, parts centres and servicing centres in Huntingdon, Peterborough, Burton, Stamford and Spalding.

TC Harrison is celebrating 95 years in the motoring industry in 2026.

In results filed at Companies House it said: “Whilst there continued to be challenges posed by pressures as a result of global events and economic factors during the year, the continued resilience and dedication of our employees have helped the group achieve a good performance in the year. We continue to invest in our facilities and people.”

IT said its Ford operations achieved a “pleasing performance” in the year supported by strong aftersales results.

New commercial vehicle sales and used vehicle sales experienced a “challenging market” in the year.

“Looking forward to 2026 we have added new vehicle franchises to our Motor Division, Omoda/Jaecoo at our Peterborough site and KGM at Stamford. We look forward to embracing the opportunities these franchises present.”

It said its TCH JCB operation had a good year, the Gunn JCB operation continued to experience significant challenges and the contract hire business had a fair year although performance was held back by diminishing used vehicle margins particularly regarding electric vehicles.

An interim dividend of 10p per share for the year ended 31 December 2025 was paid on 6 January 2026.
