Sandown Group has acquired FG Barnes Guildford for an undisclosed sum
The FG Barnes team has transferred to Sandown and the business will continue to operate from its current location on Moorfield Road on Slyfield Industrial Estate.
The Omoda and Jaecoo business will continue as usual alongside a Chery dealership which was added to the site this month.
The site no longer holds the sales franchise for Vauxhall but will continue to sell Vauxhall used cars.
On the aftersales side it will continue to operate as a Nissan Authorised Repairer while offering Vauxhall aftersales support and all-makes MoT services for cars and vans.
Sandown is a family-owned retailer representing Chery, Kia, Mercedes-Benz, Omoda, Jaecoo smart and Brabus in locations across the South of England.
The group is ranked 96 in the Motor Trader Top 200 Dealer Groups with annual turnover of £168.2m.
