Evans Halshaw Ford Darlington will donate £30 for every eligible test drive completed at its Drive 4 UR Community initiative, which will take place at the Riverside Stadium in Middlesborough, to eating disorder charity BEAT.

The event will take place from 10am until 4pm on Saturday 25 July.

Andrew Wake, head of business at Evans Halshaw Ford Darlington, said: “We’re delighted to be supporting BEAT through Ford’s Drive 4 UR Community initiative while bringing together a fantastic day for local motorists and Ford enthusiasts alike.

“Whether you’re interested in experiencing Ford’s newest models, seeing some iconic classic cars or simply supporting a worthwhile cause, we’d encourage everyone to come along.

“Every test drive completed on the day will make a real difference by helping raise valuable funds for BEAT, and all the important work they’re doing.”

The Darlington store is inviting drivers and the local community to Riverside Stadium.

Drivers will be able to test drive a selection of Ford’s newest models, including the all-electric Puma Gen-E, Capri, Ranger Plug-in Hybrid and Transit Custom MS-RT.

Visitors will also be able to enjoy a display of iconic classic Ford vehicles, as well as see the Ford Mustang Dark Horse, brought along by motoring personality Paul Swift.
