Subaru UK has partnered with Macmillan Cancer Support Mighty Hikes, the marathon and half-marathon walks taking place at locations across the UK.

Subaru’s product range will be present at hiking destinations, including Bakewell in the Peak District and Blenheim Palace in the Cotswolds. At each of the venues between now and end of September, Subaru will display its current hybrid vehicles.

Lorraine Bishton, managing director of Subaru UK & Ireland said: “We’re excited to be partnering with Macmillan Mighty Hikes, which supports so many people in their own personal outdoor adventures, celebrating or remembering a life while walking to raise funds.”

Last year, over 35,000 hikers took part raising a record-breaking £15 million during the event’s 10th anniversary year. Since 2015, Mighty Hikes has raised £85 million to support people living with cancer.

Lauren McEvoy, Mighty Hike team manager at Macmillan Cancer Support, said: “We are so grateful for the support of Subaru as our official Travel Partner for Macmillan Mighty Hikes 2026.

“Our hikes take place in some of the most breathtaking locations across the UK, bringing together thousands of people who walk incredible distances to support people living with cancer.

“Subaru’s passion for adventure and the outdoors makes them a fantastic partner for Mighty Hikes, and we’re delighted to have their support as we help people come together, celebrate and remember loved ones, and raise vital funds to help make cancer care fairer and better for everyone in the UK.”

Walkers will enjoy Gower Peninsula, Wales, and Skipton, Yorkshire Dales on 27 June.

The Jurassic Coast is the location for the walks on 4 July while Bakewell in the Peak District is the location on 18 July.

Other locations include Rob Roy in Callander, Scotland on 29 August; Alnwick on the Northumberland coast over the weekend of 5 and 6 September; and Blenheim Palace in the Cotswolds on 12 September.

There are still some places available at a few Macmillan Mighty Hikes this summer.
