Ford ramps up roll-out of Signature 2.0 dealerships in Europe

Elena Ford, chief engagement officer at Ford Motor Company has being doing  the rounds opening new Ford Signature 2.0 dealerships across Europe.

In May she was at the opening of the TrustFord Pro Transit Centre in Ashton Gate, Bristol and she has also helped launch dealerships in Europe. This year, more than 20 dealerships in 10 countries will open with the new retail experience,. By the end of 2026 there will be 110 stores with the newe format.

As chief dealer engagement officer, Ford is responsible for working with dealers around the globe to collaborate to increase the consistency and efficiency of Ford’s global dealer council’s governance, improve retail facilities, modernise training and development and increase diversity and community engagement.

“Over the past few weeks, I joined dealers in the UK and Germany for the launch of their new retail sites, as we continue to bring Ford Signature 2.0 to life in Europe.

“Signature 2.0 is about more than design. It’s about creating an experience built around hospitality, seamless service, and what today’s customer actually expects when they walk through the door.

“Parot Bruges in Bordeaux is the first pilot center for our Signature 2.0 showroom experience in Europe, built around our core strength.

“Ford Pro. TrustFord is the largest dealer group in the UK and continues to set the standard for scale and service.

“Bernds, a three-generation family business, is the first to open this new retail experience in Germany. All are proof that our dealers are among the most forward-thinking leaders in our industry, investing in their people, their communities and their customers.”
