Revive! Auto Innovations has launched a National Recruitment Day event, a UK wide outreach campaign designed to attract new talent to the brand.
The brand has set an impressive target of recruiting 120 new technicians to its fleet by 2028.
Mark Llewellyn, MD of Revive! UK, said: “We’re always on the lookout for eager new technicians to join our nationwide team of Smart Repairers. Our UK network is growing constantly, and we always need fresh talent to maintain that upward trajectory.
“Whether you’re an experienced technician or brand new to the SMART Repair industry, if you’ve got the right mindset, we want to hear from you. 120 new technician recruitments is no small task, particularly in an industry that is in desperate need of skilled technicians.

Revive!’s existing technician team reached 250 individuals in 2025, all being trained to IMI accredited standard by the company.
The company has invested over £7.5 million over the past five years into technician training, this includes the purchase of vehicles, equipment and supplies.
Earlier this year Revive! further expanded their technician training capabilities by opening its second IMI Accreditation centre in the Northwest at their Revive! Chester Franchise.
