EMaC is going digital to manage and streamline its motor repair approval process.
The service and maintenance plan group has selected Digital INNK’s ViSN platform for the job.
EMaC will use ViSN to manage the submission, approval and payment of SMR requests from franchised and dealerships.
EMaC said the platform will boost the quality and speed of repair quality and reduce costs, administrative overhead and manual processing.
