Hayley Vout, general sales manager at Vertu Hyundai Peterlee, has been awarded Vertu’s Sales Manager of the Year for exceptional leadership and consistent delivery of outstanding results.
Vout has driven success across both new and used car departments at the Mill Lane site, which has previously been recognised by Hyundai as one of its leading dealerships in the UK.
This achievement places Vout at the top of the Hyundai division for used car performance, highlighting her commercial acumen and ability to maximise opportunities in a competitive market.
Beyond financial success, she has invested heavily in her team’s development, mentoring and training colleagues to help them progress in their careers.
Her leadership has been instrumental in Peterlee Hyundai achieving the number one position on the Vertu Balance Scorecard and securing perfect Great Place to Work scores.
