Volvo Car UK held its annual retailer awards on 28 February at the Park Hyatt London River Thames Hotel. The event was hosted by Volvo Car UK Ambassador, Claudia Winkleman.
Retailers were recognised across a number of categories including sales of new and used cars, customer loyalty and satisfaction and learning and development.

Taking the top title as ‘National Retailer of the Year’ was Waylands Oxford, recognised for their outstanding performance in new and used car sales, customer retention and consistently high customer reviews.
The dealer also picked up Ultra Retailer of the Year.
Vertu Truro won Customer Experience Team of the Year while Listers Leamington Spa won Aftersales Team of the Year.
New Car Sales Team of the Year and Plus Retailer of the Year were awarded to Lloyd Motors Carlisle.
Selekt Used Car Sales Team of the Year went to Riverside Wakefield. Riverside Doncaster picked up Business (Fleet) Sales Team of the Year.
Camerons Perth won Learning & Development Team of the Year.
Core Retailer of the Year was picked up by Clelands Galashiels and Investor Group of the Year went to Ray Chapman Motors.
Individual awards went to Mike Brooks at Volvo Cars Chester (Head of Business of the Year) and Liam Bradley, Aftersales Manager at Volvo Cars Bolton (Volvo Champion of the Year).
