Waylands Automotive has celebrated outstanding achievement across its retailers at the company’s 2026 Annual Awards.
Held at The Post Barn in Newbury, the ceremony recognised top-performing dealerships and individuals across sales, aftersales, customer experience and operational excellence.
The Dealership Management Team of the Year Award was presented to Volvo Oxford, recognising their work in delivering ‘exceptional’ new and used vehicle performance, market share growth and industry-leading customer satisfaction scores.
Individual awards celebrated standout contributions from sales, service and parts departments who demonstrated consistent results, strong compliance standards and a commitment to customer-first retailing.
There were also awards recognising those who go above and beyond to deliver for customers and colleagues.
