Vertu technician awarded Automotive 30% Club accolade

Jessica Montgomery, a master technician at Vertu Toyota Doncaster, has been recognised as one of the 2025 Inspiring Automotive Women Award Winners by the Automotive 30% Club.

Montgomery started as an apprentice and progressed to become a high-performing master technician.

Chris Taylor, group operations director at Vertu, said: “It’s a proud moment for Jessica, and brilliant recognition for her hard work. Becoming a Master Technician showcases Jessica’s elite talent.

“Our whole team are hugely proud to see Jessica collect this award. We look forward to seeing her develop her career to her full potential in the years ahead.”

The Automotive 30% Club, founded by Julia Muir, is a network of over 70 CEOs and MDs committed to fostering gender-balanced leadership and inclusive cultures within the automotive sector.
