Three Bristol Street Motors dealerships have been won the Ford President’s Award, recognising their commitment to excellence in customer service and sales performance.
The award celebrates the outstanding achievements of Bristol Street Motors Crewe Ford, Gloucester Ford, and Kings Norton Ford dealerships, with Kings Norton securing the accolade for an impressive fourth consecutive year.
The Ford President’s Award recognises the hard work and dedication of dealerships that consistently exceed expectations across a range of operational criteria, including surpassing sales targets, achieving high levels of customer satisfaction, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
In addition to the dealership awards, Vertu Motors plc, the parent group of Bristol Street Motors, was highly commended for its commitment to Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion (DEI), with the company praised for ‘leading the way’ in promoting an inclusive and supportive working environment.
