TrustFord has opened applications for its 2025 apprenticeship programme. The programme will welcome 62 new Apprentices across England, Northern Ireland, Scotland, and the Channel Islands.
The apprenticeships will cover a diverse range of roles, including Technician, IT, Service Advisor, Mobile Service Technician, Sales Administrator, and Parts Advisor.
Ashcroft, Human Resources Director at TrustFord, said: “I am delighted that we can once again open our Apprentice scheme and offer ambitious individuals a route into the automotive industry, hands-on experience and the opportunity to earn industry-recognised qualifications.
“It’s a fantastic way to start a career in the automotive sector and this year, our dedicated Induction Academy will give new starters the chance to connect and learn alongside their peers from the outset.”
Each Apprentice will experience a comprehensive training programme which blends on-the-job learning with off-site training sessions. TrustFord will introduce an ‘Induction Academy’ this year where apprentices will undergo initial training.

Many apprentices are offered a full-time job at the end of their training. TrustFord’s network covers more than 60 sites throughout the UK and Channel Islands, employing around 3,000 people.
