Thurlow Nunn dealerships were honoured at the 2025 Vauxhall Customer Excellence Awards.
Great Yarmouth & Beccles achieved the Silver Customer Excellence Award for a sixth consecutive year. Milton Keynes earned the Silver award for the second consecutive year while Luton celebrated secured its first-ever Silver award.
Stephanie Howson, Network Development, Customer Experience and Training Director from Stellantis UK, presented the honours to Simon Grylls, Thurlow Nunn Sales Director, and Gary Osborn, Thurlow Nunn Aftersales Director.

The most significant achievement for Thurlow Nunn this year is maintaining its position at the top of the national group league tables.
For the second consecutive year, the combined scores from all nine of Thurlow Nunn’s Vauxhall service operations have placed the group in the number 1 position for collective Net Promoter Score for service satisfaction.
