Thames Motor Group drives service plans and vehicle health checks

Thames Motor Group is now using Glovebox, a fully integrated online customer space created by eDynamix, to enhance transparency and engagement.

Glovebox, along with will help to streamline dealership processes while providing a solid foundation from which the Group can release more online features and functions to customers.

The system allows for the management of service plans and subscriptions so plans can be taken out, tracked and updated.

Vehicle health checks are available as detailed reports with photographs and technician videos. Customers can also receive service reminders, book appointments, monitor MOT status and store digital documents/vehicle-related paperwork.

In addition, Glovebox allows customers to speak directly with the dealer.

Thames Motor Group represents Fiat, Alfa Romeo, Abarth, Jeep, Fiat Professional, Peugeot and Leapmotor.
