Taylors Service Centres has officially opened what is billed as the UK’s first Renault Excellence Hub at its Great Dunmow facility.
The centre provides Renault customers with rapid, warranty repairs with loan vehicles provided to ensure minimal disruption.
The hub is described as “a first-of-its-kind” facility in the UK, setting a new standard for aftersales excellence.
The launch was attended by Renault UK managing director Adam Wood, head of aftersales Paul Anderson, and area manager for aftersales Ian Pritchard.
They toured the facility with Jeremy Taylor and the management team before Adam Wood officially cut the ceremonial ribbon.
The Dunmow business is accredited by Renault, Range Rover, Land Rover, and Jaguar, the business combines family values with technical excellence.
