Suzuki GB celebrated the annual graduation of its Automobile, Motorcycle and ATV apprentice technicians as well as its Customer Service advisors, at The British Motor Museum at Gaydon in Warwickshire.
The graduation celebrated 24 individuals who successfully completed the programme by the end of 2025.
Takanori Suzuki, Managing Director Suzuki GB, said: “Our graduation ceremony is the culmination of years of hard work and dedication. It is always a proud moment for not only the apprentices themselves, but also for their families and employers who have played a pivotal role in supporting each of the individuals.
“They should all be commended for the great lengths they have gone to enable the learning and development of these young trainees. Specialist training in higher voltage hybrid and fully electric vehicles is paramount for the future of Suzuki and its dealer network.”
“We would like to congratulate the graduates on their achievement, and they are certainly destined for very bright futures as they continue their professional careers within our dealerships. We are also very proud that our own Suzuki GB employee apprentice, Charlie Faulks, also graduated this year.”
The importance of Suzuki’s long established apprenticeship programme is even more relevant and important after the recent launch of e VITARA. Additional specialist knowledge is needed in its dealerships, especially with three more fully electric Suzuki models being introduced by 2030.
Each of the employees from Suzuki’s nationwide dealer networks undertook a combination of practical on-the-job learning and expert tuition at the Suzuki-run Doncaster training centre in South Yorkshire.
The newly qualified students travelled to the West Midlands to receive their certificates from Suzuki GB’s Managing Director, Takanori Suzuki and Director Aftersales, Denis Houston.
Also in attendance were members of the Suzuki Board of Management, Suzuki Senior Management as well the apprentices’ families and their dealership employers from within the wider Suzuki Family.
