Ryland Automotive is to open a Porsche dealership in Exeter in early 2026 on its existing site.
The Construction Consultants (TCC), headquartered in Birmingham, is providing quantity surveying and employers agent services for the new centre.
The development is located on Matford Park Road and involves the demolition of an existing dealership to make way for a large vehicle showroom, alongside workshop areas, servicing and testing bays, and a facility for both wet and dry valeting.
In addition to the showroom, the project will include essential drainage and civil engineering works, landscaping, and extensive parking provisions aimed at enhancing customer experience.
Anticipated to be completed in early 2024, TCC has been involved with the project since its feasibility stage.
As employers agents, TCC will represent Ryland Automotive and Dealership Developments Ltd in ensuring the smooth execution of the development through to its completion.
Gareth Powell, a director at TCC, told Building Design & Construction Magazine.
“We are delighted to have been appointed to this prestigious project which involves combining premium design and advanced technology into a space which embodies the Porsche brand and reflects Porsche’s high status and luxury.”
