RRG’s Stockport is Lexus Centre of the Year in Excellence Awards

Lexus has announced the winners of its annual Centre of Excellence awards, with Lexus Stockport (Pictured) winning Centre of the Year and Listers Group winning Group of the Year.

The awards cover a range of categories, including new, used and fleet car sales, customer service, insurance and marketing, rewarding those centres that achieve outstanding results.

In addition to winning Centre of the Year, Lexus Stockport received a Centre of Excellence Award for Best Used Car Customer Experience.

It was also recently accredited with Gold status for the Lexus Best Employer in Town (BEIT). This is a ‘People Standard’ framework awarded by Lexus UK to recognise Centres that excel in supporting, leading, and developing their teams, with a focus on fostering a positive workplace culture and high employee engagement and retention.

Fred Goodwin, general manager of Lexus Stockport, said: “Wow, what a way to celebrate my 25th Year with the Lexus Brand.

“Not only were we accredited with Gold Status for BEiT, and the Winners of Used Car Customer Experience, but we finally achieved Lexus Centre of the Year.

“This is such a proud moment for each and every member of our Team.  These awards recognise the dedication, professionalism, and customer care our team delivers every single day.”

John Dowell, director of Listers Group, which has Lexus Centres in Bristol, Cheltenham, Coventry and Lincoln, said: “We are extremely proud to receive the Centre of Excellence Group of the Year award; it reflects the dedication and passion our teams have for Lexus and recognises their unwavering delivery of customer centred service.”
