Renault will be hosting immersive experience events at 95 Oxford Street from 22 to 30 March, the high-tech space will be branded ‘Maison 5’.

The Renault 5 E-Tech electric takes over Future Stores and customers will be able to see three versions on display.

David Isherwood, Marketing Director, Renault UK, said: “Renault 5 is a pop icon, exuding its own unique sense of energy and fun wherever it goes, and we’re keen to share that with as many people as we can.

“After its debut meeting commuters at London’s St Pancras station last year, what better place to bring a cultural icon to next than to the centre of popular culture itself?”

This is the first time the location has been used by an automotive brand. The venue’s large screens will call-out the Renault 5’s key features.

On select days, presenters Jack Scarlett (Fully Charged Show, Electroheads) and Nicola Hume (Red Bull Racing’s ‘Talking Bull’ podcast, Electrifying) will answer questions and showcase the all-electric Renault 5.

The presenters will be joined by a DJ, mixing ‘London cool’ with ‘French pop’. An R5 merchandising corner will also be at the event.

Priced from £22,995, the car offers a range of up to 252 miles on a single charge, and can recharge to 80% in only 30 minutes.
