Park’s Motor Group has opened the first Xpeng showroom in East Kilbride, Scotland.
Customers will be able to explore the brand’s intelligent vehicle ecosystem, interact with digital displays and receive expert support from Xpeng product specialists. The Xpeng G6 is available to order, with first customer deliveries in the coming weeks.
Group aftersales director at Park’s XPENG, East Kilbride, said: “We’re incredibly proud to be launching XPENG UK’s first Scottish dealership.
“There’s been real excitement around the arrival of the G6 in the area, and we’re confident that Scottish drivers will appreciate just how much this all-electric SUV has to offer – especially in terms of quality, technology and value.”
XPENG plans to open 20 to 25 dealerships across the UK by the end of 2025, supported by aftersales hubs.
Chris Graham, network development manager at XPENG UK, said: “We have received a substantial amount of interest from potential partners for franchise opportunities right across the UK and will expand our network of retailers and aftersales points throughout the year.
“However, we are taking our time to ensure we grow our network organically and choose the best partners to be selling XPENG vehicles.
“A few of the areas that I have not yet committed to are Aberdeen, Edinburgh, Carlisle, Newcastle and Liverpool, so we still have time to consider any interested parties.”
