The National Franchised Dealers Association (NFDA) is encouraging dealers across the UK to participate in its latest Dealer Attitude Survey (DAS).
Now open for responses, the DAS is the only survey in the UK automotive industry: non-profit making, fully independent of any manufacturer or supplier involvement, and entirely anonymous.
Sue Robinson, Chief Executive of the NFDA, said: “The Dealer Attitude Survey is a vital tool in ensuring that the voice of franchised dealers is clearly heard across the automotive sector. Its independence and anonymity give dealers the confidence to provide honest and constructive feedback, which is increasingly valued by manufacturers.
“Whether you are a long-standing contributor or taking part for the first time, we strongly encourage all dealers to get involved. Every response makes a difference, and new participants are key to ensuring the survey reflects the full breadth of experiences across our network.
“The higher the response rate, the more powerful and representative the results will be in shaping future conversations and driving positive change for our industry.”
Dealers are reminded to complete and return their questionnaires by 30 March.
