Eden Motor Group has recognised top performing staff at its annual Excellence Awards.

There were 22 winners in multiple categories for aftersales advisors to sales executives and across all age groups. The group received over 400 nominations this year from colleagues.

Among the top award-winners were Dan Michaelson-Yeates and Ryan Bull, who jointly took home the CEO’s Special Award for their contribution to 2024.

Both promoted to divisional financial controller at the end of 2023, Dan and Ryan have stepped up and proven themselves as experts in their field.

Other winners were Pauline Britten, accounts assistant at Reading Vauxhall who has over 25 years’ continuous service and has been recognised for her work ethic, reliability, knowledge and commitment.

Caroline Dixon was awarded the accolade for the second year running.  In her role as Lead Support Assistant, Caroline coordinates many of Eden’s projects and events.  She is extremely organised and helping colleagues and customers is in her nature.

Eden’s youngest winner was Lilly Johnston, 18, Apprentice Aftersales Advisor at Eden’s Christchurch dealership.

Every colleague nominated walked away with an engraved crystal trophy, a £500 cash award and a fully funded night away in a top Bath hotel for them and a guest.

Eden CEO Graeme Potts said: “These awards recognise excellence at the very top level across our company and I hope that our partners, their family and friends are very proud of the recipients of the awards, who represent all of the family-led values we strive for.

“The Excellence Awards bring to the fore the recognition that is very much a core to our company, rewarding colleagues for their efforts, their attitudes and their achievements, based on the values that are such an important part of Eden.”
