The Motor Ombudsman and Radius Law, the provider of legal services to the motor industry, are coming together to host their 5th Automotive Insights – Business & Law Conference, on Wednesday 20th May 2026.
The automotive sector is undergoing rapid transformation, fueled by technological advancements, changing market dynamics, and evolving finance, compliance, and consumer regulations.
Against the backdrop of broader economic, legislative, and policy changes, this annual industry event will delve into critical issues impacting the industry, as well as important updates from the last year.
Iain Larkins, managing director at Radius Law, took part in a Video Interview with Motor Trader, the conference media partner. In the video he said: “We will be covering a lot of topics as always. We have the important motor finance ruling from the Johnsons case Supreme Court Ruling and we will look at the FCA’s finance redress scheme.
“We will also look at changes to data protection law and how that impacts the automotive industry,” he said.
