Mitsubishi Motors reveals its next step in establishing its new UK dealer network involves building a 60-strong dealer partner base.
This will support the sale of the all-new Outlander PHEV and the latest-generation L200 Series 7 double-cab pickup from summer 2026. The manufacturer already has an existing 105-strong aftersales network.
Sharon Townsend, Head of Mitsubishi Motors in the UK, said: “We are absolutely delighted by the overwhelmingly positive response from the dealer community to the new Mitsubishi model range.
“The enthusiasm and commitment we’ve seen from our current partners have been exceptional. In addition, strong customer demand for the latest Mitsubishi vehicles is clearly evident, and this gives us tremendous confidence as we build our presence in the UK market.”
Mitsubishi Motors in the UK is currently in advanced negotiations with prospective dealer partners, with appointments expected to be announced in the coming months.
The expanded dealer network will ensure customers have access to Mitsubishi Motors’ reliability, advanced technology, and comprehensive warranty coverage.
Each appointed dealer will be selected based on its ability to deliver the premium customer experience that Mitsubishi customers expect.
Further announcements regarding dealer appointments and network coverage are anticipated prior to vehicle launch in the summer.
