Marshall Motor Group has won multiple accolades at the Hyundai Motor UK Annual Retailer Awards, including Overall Retailer Group and Progress Retailer Group of the Year.
Cannon Motors Overall Retailer of the Year, sales Retailer Group of the Year was awarded to Richmond Motor Group, while Saltmarine claimed the Sales Retailer of the Year title.
Progress Retailer of the Year went to Paul Rigby Hyundai Bromsgrove, with Toomey Motor Group recognised as Customer Retailer Group of the Year.
West Riding Hyundai Manchester took the Customer Retailer of the Year award, while Thurlow Nunn Hyundai Lowestoft was named Aftersales Retailer of the Year. Stoneacre Motor Group completed the honours, securing Aftersales Retailer Group of the Year.
Hyundai Motor UK’s Balanced Scorecard continues to underpin the Annual Retailer Awards, assessing and evaluating retailer performance across five key pillars – New Car Sales, Aftersales Performance, Customer Experience, Retailer Profitability and Future Mobility.
