Charlotte Murray has been promoted to managing director position at automotive digital marketing firm, Marketing Delivery.
Murray’s automotive career spans nearly three decades, having worked in various marketing roles with dealers and suppliers since 1996.
She joined Marketing Delivery as commercial director three years ago. She will report direct to Jeremy Evans, who retains his role as chief executive.
Marketing Delivery supports over 500 retailers, from single-site independent dealerships to national multi-franchise groups.
The company’s core marketing automation platform, VoiceBox, issues timed and targeted messages to sales and service customers via email, SMS and social media channels.
Evans said: “Charlotte draws on her vast experience to create agile growth strategies – for us and our clients – which are reflective of the realities faced by today’s motor retailers.
“2025 is predicted to be another turbulent year for the automotive industry, and we will work hand in hand with our clients to support their individual digital marketing needs.”
Murray said: “Over the next 12 months we will make sure we have optimal structures, processes and people in place to maintain our position as the leading provider of automotive digital marketing solutions.
“Our nationwide team of automotive experts boasts over 300 years of combined industry experience, and we will soon be looking for additional talent and adopting more emerging technologies in order to facilitate our growth plans.”
