Lookers has announced its success in a number of award events. The dealer group won the Large Investor of the Year Award with the Audi brand.
Lookers Audi in Stirling was named as New Car Audi Centre of the Year and Lookers Guildford and Basingstoke were jointly awarded the first place for Audi Centre of the Year in the large investors category.
Introduced by Audi in 2009 the Q Power programme assesses performance based on criteria that sales volumes and customer experience and loyalty
Lookers’ Dublin operation was also announced as Retailer of the Year at the end of 2024 for the Republic of Ireland.
Separately, Lookers Bentley Motors has been named Sales Retailer of the Year for its Belfast operation.
Lookers Mercedes-Benz dealerships at Tonbridge and Wolverhampton have both received Customer Service Awards at the annual 2024 Mercedes-Benz UK recognition event.
Group managing director James Brearley said: “All of these awards make us incredibly proud of our team, who clearly overcame some difficulties at the start of 2024, to accelerate performance in all areas rapidly throughout the second half of the year.
