For 2026, 14 Kia dealerships achieved Reputation Scores above 900, placing them among the highest‑rated automotive retailers in the UK.
A further 110 Kia dealers scored above 800, meaning well over half of the entire Kia UK network has been formally recognised for excellence in customer service, review sentiment, social engagement, business listing accuracy, and more.
Paul Philpott, President and CEO of Kia UK, said: “Customer experience is at the heart of our business, and these latest Reputation results demonstrate the commitment and professionalism of our dealer partners nationwide. Achieving such a high volume of 900‑ and 800‑plus scores is a remarkable accomplishment and reflects the consistent, people‑focused service our customers value.
“The strength of our dealer partnerships is built on our mutual goal to provide the very best customer service. Our dealerships make the most of our state-of-the-art Kia Academy training facility in Derby, where customer service training is a core part of learning, and we invest in customer retention through quarterly offers with the aim to genuinely offer the trio of great products, prices and service.”
Kia UK continues to work closely with Reputation to support dealer partners in enhancing customer interactions, strengthening online presence, and driving continuous improvement across the network.
Kristi Melani, Chief Marketing Officer at Reputation, said: “Exceptional customer experience doesn’t happen by accident – it’s a choice. Each Kia dealerships listed has shown a relentless commitment to their reputation, placing them among an elite group of leaders who prioritise the customer voice above all else.
“They aren’t just hitting targets; they’re building lasting relationships.”
