Keyloop and BMW Group co-hosted a briefing, at BMW Group UK’s headquarters in Farnborough, for over 100 representatives from BMW franchised dealers.

The event explored technologies that will help drive profitability and streamline sales and aftersales processes in 2026.

Tim Smith, Chief Strategy Officer at Keyloop, said: “We’re laser-focused on simplifying the vehicle sales and ownership process and delivering on our Experience-First principles. Fusion ARP is not just about technology; it’s about transforming how our industry operates and creating real value for everyone involved.

“By connecting four core operational domains within the automotive retail industry, we provide a framework that brands like BMW and their retailer partners can trust – a guiding light towards a more efficient, customer-centric automotive ecosystem.

“The visibility granted by presenting and understanding data is one of the fundamental components of a successful business strategy.”

Globally, Keyloop is a key technology supplier to over 1,200 BMW and Mini locations in 55 countries, supporting over 20,000 users.

The event provided BMW’s retail partners with an in-depth look at the new Fusion Automotive Retail Platform (ARP).

Mark Webster, Head of Digital Transformation at BMW Group UK, said: “Digitalisation is central to BMW’s strategy, and partnering with Keyloop on Fusion reflects our commitment to innovation.

“Fusion will enable us to deliver a truly connected experience for our customers while supporting our retailer network with tools that drive efficiency and agility. This new platform aligns perfectly with our vision for a seamless, data-driven future.”

The new Fusion ARP is designed to help motor retailers manage and optimise the automotive ecosystem, from initial enquiry through to ownership and retention.
