Ken Jervis Kia celebrates 25 years serving Stoke-on-Trent as a franchised dealership.
Established in 1954, the business took on the Kia in 2000. It has sold an estimated 20,000 new and used vehicles. In 2025, the dealership has delivered over 750 vehicles

“And, after 25 years’ working with Kia, our team’s commitment to our local customers is as strong as it has ever been, we’re currently in pole position out of 190 dealers for Kia’s Customer Excellence Award, and are hoping to secure this prestigious accolade for the sixth time.”
The dealership employs 56, with two members of the team having worked at the dealership for the duration of its work with Kia: Andy Mountfield, Technician, and Sandy Baguley, Accounts Manager.
It reinforced its status as one of Kia’s top-performing dealerships at the 2024 Dealer Excellence Awards, held in Liverpool in January 2025. Ken Jervis Kia was highly commended for the ‘Customer Experience Award’.
This follows a strong tradition of customer experience recognition, including from the Institute of Customer Service, which awarded Ken Jervis Kia the ‘ServiceMark with Distinction’ in 2021: one of only 14 companies at the time.
