The Jaguar Type 00 debuted at Paris Fashion week in ‘Ultramarine Blue’, the first time the model has been seen in this colour.

Actor Barry Keoghan arrived at the entrance of The Peninsula Paris in the vehicle.

Rawdon Glover, MD Jaguar at JLR, said: “Paris is synonymous with art & creativity, two of the key passion points for Jaguar.

“This makes Paris the perfect place for us to demonstrate Jaguar’s unmistakeable design vision!”

The vehicle is the first sign of the beginning of Jaguar’s all-electric era. It is expected to cost over £120,000.

Initially, the concept was introduced with Satin Rhodon Rose and Inception Silver Blue vehicles.

The Satin Rhodon Rose is dubbed ‘Miami Pink’ in honour of the city’s architecture while the Inception Silver Blue is named ‘London Blue’ in honour of British creativity, inspired by the Opalescent Silver Blue of the 1960s Jaguar E-type.

At the end of last year, Jaguar announced its rebrand in a 30 second video shared on social media.

The rebrand was considered controversial by some but the boldness of the campaign was applauded by others.
