The Independent Garage Association (IGA) has announced a 22% increase in membership during 2025, bringing the association’s community to more than 4,500.
This marks a significant milestone in the organisation’s continued commitment to supporting the independent garage sector.
The IGA a range of in-house services, including electric and hybrid vehicle expertise, specialist training programmes, tooling and equipment guidance, apprenticeship support and insurance solutions.
It offers guidance on EV readiness, technical training, business development and regulatory support.
It said these moves are designed to strengthen members’ businesses in an increasingly competitive and technologically advanced market.
