Group 1 finance director Mark Leeder has stepped down from his role with the dealer group. The resignation was confirmed to Motor Trader by the dealer group.
Leeder was appointed as finance director in October 2023 as the group commenced a restructuring of the group.
He was previously with Marshall Motor Group where he was a divisional finance director and before head of group financial planning and analysis.
He also worked for Inchcape for over eight years in Russia and Romania.
“We can confirm that Mark Leeder has stepped down from his role as Finance Director at Group 1 UK.
“We thank Mark for his contribution to the growth and development of both the business and the finance function during his time with us and wish him well for the future,” said a Group 1 spokesperson.
