FOW Car Supermarket has sponsored All Aboard Youth Rowing (AAYR) which specialises in supporting the youth of today through developing life skills and a passion to learn.
Beyond rowing, AAYR works with young people, some of whom have not had the best start in life.
Emily Ford, granddaughter of FOW Car Supermarket founders Vernon and Jean Ford, has cemented this partnership. She said: “It’s a wonderful opportunity to accelerate change and promote awareness at such an important time in young people’s lives.
“AAYR have already helped over 2,500 young people develop life skills beyond the water.”
Ford was proud to represent Great Britain at the 2024 Paris Olympic Games winning a bronze medal in rowing.
Emily is also an ambassador for AAYR, and her mindset is focused on supporting growth through personal development.
