EMaC has partnered with Keyloop and shared details about the first phase.
Retailers selling EMaC service plans and using Keyloop’s DMS can now automatically link customer records with existing service plans.
Sebastien Fabri, partner director at Keyloop, said: “Dealers using Keyloop’s DMS will now be able to provide a more seamless journey benefiting both EMaC service plan customers and dealers.
“The integration removes the need for service advisors to manually navigate between systems to align records, and consequently reduces the retailer’s operational overheads”.
Keyloop’s online booking service is also included so customers with EMaC service plans will be automatically recognised.
Details of further phases will be announced over the course of the year.
