EMaC has extended its partnership with Toyota GB by signing a new 5 year contract to drive customer retention.
The contract will see the rollout of additional jointly developed customer-focussed products starting this year.
Liam Finney, EMaC commercial director, said: “We’re delighted Toyota GB has chosen EMaC as its exclusive retention partner as part of its strategic mission to deliver the best possible retention solutions to its customers.
“This new contract marks a significant expansion of our 15-year partnership, with all Toyota and Lexus dealers now able to access the retention solutions on our Evolve portal.”
In 2024, Toyota GB saw a 30% YoY increase in customers choosing its Service Plan Plus national service plan product.
