MBNI Holdings in Northern Ireland has been bought by its CEO Pauline McKeating.
MBNI distributes Mercedes-Benz vans and trucks in Northren Ireland and owns of M-B Truck & Van as well as Rossetts UK.
McKeating described the acquisition as “a defining moment” in her career.
On LinkedIn she posted: “I am incredibly proud to share that I have officially completed the full purchase of MBNI Holdings the parent company of M-B Truck & Van (NI) and Rossetts UK.
“This milestone is the pinnacle of my 25-year journey that began in 2000 when I joined what was then Agnew Commercials as an assistant accountant.
“Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of growing with this business, becoming a minority shareholder in 2020 through a Management Buy-In, and taking majority ownership in 2023. Today, I am thrilled to take full ownership of MBNI Holdings.
This deal was supported by Danske Bank. M-B Truck & Van is the only official Mercedes-Benz truck and van dealer in Northern Ireland.
