North East dealer Blackshaws Garage has been crowned the winner of the Suzuki GB National Dealer of the Year.
The dealer awards for the UK and Republic of Ireland took place at Carton House, County Kildare, Ireland where representatives from Suzuki’s network gathered to celebrate their achievements.
The awards, presented by Suzuki board members, included regional dealer, long service recognition, customer experience, aftersales and a new category from this year used cars.
The Regional, National and Customer Experience winners were assessed on the percentage of target sales achieved, finance penetration percentage, sales and service customer experience and the number of parts and quantity of accessories sold.
These figures are then aggregated on a balanced scoreboard to reveal the dealership at the top of each category.
